Bio ~ Lahesha Williams, Principal Owner
 
Lahesha Williams has over 10 years combined experience in general administrative and Information Technology (IT) consulting activities spanning across both public and private sectors. Her background entails varied roles including, Database Developer, Technology Trainer, Newspaper Editor, Communications Management and IT Consulting. She has decided to consolidate her work skills and life experience into the management of Perfecting Assistance Services.

Lahesha holds a B.S. in Networking and Communications Management from DeVry University and currently studying for her MBA at Keller GSM. She has worked for reputable companies including CNA Financial Corporation and Cisco Systems, Inc. In addition to her corporate experiences, Lahesha takes pride in her involvement in the community.
She is an active mentor to students in the community and the Founder of a non-profit organization that focuses on empowering students in the areas of Career and Professional Development, Students Empowered.

Lahesha is committed to professionalism and open communication with her clients. Her affiliations include IVAA (International Virtual Assistants Association), and EduSerc (Educators Serving the Community).
